Cast: Anna Kendrick, Melanie Lynskey, Joe Swanberg, Mark Webber, Lena Dunham
Review: Yay another movie from the guy who directed Drinking Buddies, one of my favorite movies last year. Though I liked it much less than Drinking Buddies but I still like it. I'll watch anything that involves Anna Kendrick. I love her.
I'm pretty sure everything is improvised just like Drinking Buddies. It makes it reach the level of emotional honesty that we rarely see in dramas nowadays. It's so natural for Anna Kendrick to deliver improvised lines, she's really good at it though she says "LIKE" a lot of times. Like in every scene. It's not annoying, I think it's just part of her character. It's my first time to watch Lena Dunham act, I think she delivered solid funny lines. The baby is so adorable I want to babysit him.
Overall it's a nice movie. You will either love it or hate it.
Rating: ★★★★★★
