Plot: A group of high school teenagers and their parents attempt to navigate the many ways the Internet has changed their relationships, their communication, their self-image, and their love lives.
Cast: Adam Sandler, Jennifer Garner, Rosemarie DeWitt, Judy Greer, Ansel Elgort, Emma Thompson,
Review: Men, Women & Children tackles the subject of how social media and technology affected our society and how parents' sexuality affect their everyday life. It gives us a fascinating look at this generation. There are other movies that tackles the same subject like Disconnect (Jason Bateman movie). Very honest and real. I expected the same in this film. It's not terrible but definitely needs more depth. We know technology is keeping us apart and children being stuck with family issues like lies, sex and divorce. I doubt I'll remember this movie for the years to come. The stories didn't make a deep impact on me. The satellite scene is a little questionable. There's not relevance whatsoever. I thought some of the acting are too dramatic. The characters are bland. There's no real standouts here.
Rating: ★★★★★★
